Every Home Manager placement starts the same way. Knowing this up front saves everyone a call.
You bring the furniture
You need an inventory of fine furniture and accessories that meets our quality standards and moves with you from house to house. Showhomes supplements as needed for each home.
Everyone is screened
Placement requires passing our background checks — credit, criminal, and personal references — and being a non-smoker who does not own pets.
You move when it sells
Unlike a tenant, Home Managers are under contract to move on short notice once the home sells. We work to place you in the next home.
You are matched, not assigned
A Placement Coordinator matches you to a home that reflects the style and scale of your furnishings — not simply whatever is empty.
